In this section you will find information about Czech research and teaching programmes in the field of demography as well as about Czech demographic institutions. The demographic research is very often connected with the research in neighbor disciplines and so it is not easy to make a proper selection. The similar situation concerns the teaching programmes. This section will be continuously updated. In the Czech Republic an independent Demographic Institute does not exist but a few divisions of others institutes or departments of universities play the role of such institutions.
